the app is useless. Can't download it to Computer, and it's so slow in streaming very bad Experience

Worst application. Can only be used on phone or tablet. You cannot run it on TV. Then what is the purpose of this useless application. One would prefer watching shows on a TV rather than phone. Also it says app is unavailable on this device whenever trying to download on a TV. Fix this issue, else stop selling subscriptions for it.

Very disappointed. The username and password which they have sent me are incorrect as I have tried 100 time with theses username and password and every time it gives the option of invalid username and password. Such a disgrace for a company like etisalat. No option for customers service to contact and get this issue solved.
